Made-to-Order Production

Most Happy Bones Co. products are made after checkout. Production starts quickly, and items are created specifically for your order instead of pulled from retail inventory.

Checkout and Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe or another approved payment provider. We do not store full card details on our systems. Your order is accepted when payment is authorized and an order confirmation is issued.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders may be produced, packed, and shipped by third-party fulfillment providers. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by production volume, carrier delays, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed because orders move into production quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an issue. Once production has started, we may be unable to edit or cancel the order.

Final Sale, Returns, and Refunds

Made-to-order products are final sale except where required by law or covered by our Refund Policy. Damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or missing items are reviewed under that policy.

The Happy Bones Co. name, branding, artwork, product designs, images, copy, and website content are owned by Happy Bones Co. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, or use our content without written permission.
